Writer/ Author agrees that:

Author must avoid Fabrication, FalsiFication, and iMage Manipulation.
Changes to images can create misleading results when research data are collected as images. thus inappropriate image manipulation is one form of fabrication or falsification can lead to the rejection of your paper.

The Burnished Law Journal Can use any software to check plagiarism.
Plagiarised paper can lead to the rejection of your manuscript.

Author must avoid Duplicate and Redundant publication.
Duplicate publication, can lead to the rejection of your manuscript.


No edited copy shall be given back to writer/ author, if the recommendation is for no change or minor change;

Editor-in-chief shall have the final authority to accept or reject any article, in order to keep and uphold the objective and spirit of the journal;

FOR PUBLICATION

Writer/ Author agrees that:
  1. Submission of manuscripts does not mean the automatic acceptability for publication;
  2. The manuscript shall be rejected if contributors are not followed the formatting guidelines.
  3. The article shall be accessible worldwide through journal website;
  4. The manuscript shall be published in electronic form only no print copy shall be available;
  5. The chief editor, shall have the final authority to accept or reject any manuscript, in order to keep and uphold the sanctity and maintain standard of the journal;
